Setup help
Tell us your Discord server name, use case, approximate member count, and whether you are considering Free or Pro. We will explain the appropriate setup.
Report an issue
Please include the command you ran, when it happened, the message you saw, the output of /setup status or /voice status, and steps to reproduce it. Never send bot tokens or other secrets.
Billing and subscriptions
For Pro subscriptions, billing status, or cancellations, include the relevant Discord server ID. Do not send card numbers or other payment details.
Request data deletion
Include the Discord server ID and reason for the request. We may ask for confirmation that you are a server administrator before processing it.
