Privacy Policy

1. Information we store

VC Board (the “Service”) may store the following identifiers, configuration data, and operational information to provide its features.

• Discord server, user, channel, and message IDs, and message URLs
• Target voice channels, introduction channels, output channels, categories, and profile field names configured by administrators
• Identifiers for profile text channels and temporary voice channels managed by the Service
• Information used to identify a server’s plan
• Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, and subscription status required to manage Pro subscriptions
• Logs such as error details and timestamps needed for troubleshooting and secure operation

2. Information processed temporarily

When creating or updating a profile board, the Service retrieves and processes the content of relevant messages through Discord from the configured introduction channel. Pro may parse lines matching administrator-configured field names when displaying profiles.

The Service does not copy or store introduction message bodies or profile values parsed from those bodies in its database. Configured profile field names are stored as settings that determine the display format.

3. Information we do not collect or store

The Service does not collect or store voice audio, direct messages, Discord account passwords, or payment card numbers. Stripe processes Pro payment details.

4. How we use information

• Creating and updating profile boards and storing settings
• Troubleshooting, security measures, and service improvement
• Responding to inquiries and checking service use
• Pro enrollment, subscription synchronization, cancellations, and billing management

5. Third parties

Except where required by law, we do not sell or provide collected information to third parties without consent. We use the infrastructure of Discord, Stripe, and database and hosting providers as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain message references, server settings, managed channel identifiers, and plan information for as long as needed to provide the Service. Managed temporary channels are deleted when their use ends or when an administrator performs cleanup. We handle data deletion requests from server administrators within a reasonable period after confirming the requester and target server.

7. Security

We take reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access restrictions, encrypted communications, and separation of authentication credentials.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand page views and clicks on bot installation links and improve the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect page, device, browser, referral, and interaction information. We do not send bot introduction text or payment card details in analytics events.
