Price
The standard price is JPY 800 per month, including Japanese consumption tax. The early offer is JPY 500 per month for the first six months and JPY 800 per month from the seventh month. The applicable price is shown before checkout.
Additional costs
You are responsible for internet connection charges. Any other charges, if applicable, are shown before checkout.
Payment method and timing
We use Stripe for credit card payments. You are charged at initial enrollment and then at each monthly renewal.
When the service is provided
Pro is enabled for the relevant Discord server after payment completes and we receive Stripe's subscription notification.
Cancellation
Open the Stripe Customer Portal from the subscription management command in Discord to cancel at any time. End-of-period cancellation keeps Pro active through the paid term; immediate cancellation returns the server to Free after we receive Stripe's subscription-end notification.
Returns and refunds
Because this is a digital service, we do not offer returns or refunds for convenience after service has begun. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, and refunds required by law individually.
System requirements
You need a Discord server where you can install bots and configure the required channel permissions, as well as a Discord account and internet access.
