Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms set out the conditions for using VC Board (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service in a Discord server, you agree to these terms.

2. Service availability

The Service is currently offered on a limited basis. Features, storage practices, and scope may change without notice. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or incident response.

3. Server administrator responsibilities

Administrators of servers that install the Service must explain to their members that posts in the introduction channel can appear on a profile board, and must manage permissions and consent appropriately.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Violating applicable law or Discord’s terms
• Infringing another person’s rights or privacy
• Unauthorized access, excessive load, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service
• Using the Service for harassment, discrimination, fraud, or other inappropriate conduct

5. Pro pricing and subscriptions

Pro is offered as a paid monthly subscription. The total price including Japanese consumption tax, billing date, service availability date, and cancellation terms are shown on the website and the final Stripe Checkout screen before you subscribe.

Stripe is used for payment and subscription management. Server administrators can subscribe, check their subscription, and cancel through the Customer Portal opened from VC Board commands.

6. Cancellation and refunds

If you choose cancellation at the end of the billing period, Pro remains available until that period ends. With immediate cancellation, the server returns to Free after the Service receives confirmation that the Stripe subscription has ended.

Because this is a digital service, we do not offer returns or refunds for convenience after service has begun. We will review duplicate charges, our billing errors, and refunds required by law individually.

7. Suspension

We may suspend use without prior notice if we identify a violation of these terms, a security concern, or a serious operational issue.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is and without guarantees of completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when necessary. Material changes will be posted here. Continuing to use the Service after a revision constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
